Opinion Outpost - 74.40$
This is a great site I stumbled upon, they send you surveys to complete a couple of times a week, every survey has a certain value, the lowest I have seen was worth 1$ and the highest was for 28$!
You can "cash out" (order a check) from them when you have met the required minimum, (only 5$!) after which you should be receiving a check in the mail.
